Confident and Hopeful

Firstly I'd like to say the staff are extremely welcoming and Glenn is a fantastic listener! I haven't seen a Chiropractor before but have seen other health specialist with regards to my spinal issue; this being said I have never felt more confident or comfortable in someone else's care like I have experienced recently with Glenn. Immediate Reduction in Pain

I received a very friendly welcome both on the telephone and when I arrived for my appointment. I was made to feel at ease and everything was fully explained to me with opportunities to ask questions. I had moderate pain on arrival and found it difficult to get in and out of my car, however, after my first treatment, I noticed a difference in the pain level. I was able to get In the car with a lot less pain than when I arrived! This is my first visit to a chiropractor and having heard some horror stories from friends about their experiences elsewhere, I was nervous about this visit, but I needn’t have been. Proper Diagnostic Tests

I liked the proper diagnostic tests before treatment and also the flexible bed dropping on treatment to take away the impact of manipulation. Keen to see results and hopefully road to a more comfortable life. This different approach could be my way forward. ˜Judy C.

What a friendly team! The receptionist (Tracey, I think) was very welcoming and chatty (I didn't get to say thank you to Tracey for putting the subtitles on the video for me.
